CRICKET TOURNAMENT OF THE ARMY SCHOOL OF LOGISTICS

The Cricket Tournament organized by Logistics Staff Course No 9 is considered as the highly competitive event at the Army School of Logistics to promote speed, agility, mobility, mental stamina, physical fitness, teamwork and sportsmanship among Officers. The event was held at the ASL Cricket ground with the participation of Permanent Staff and Student Officers of Logistic Staff Course No 9 from 6 December 2023 to 8 December 2023.

The finals of the annual cricket tournament were held at the school cricket ground on 8 December 2023 with the presence of Faculty Members and Student Officers. The Syndicate C of LSC NO 9 was able to won the trophy as an emerging champions whilst Syndicate B became Runners Up. Maj Menaka Welagedara CR awarded as the most Valubale Player of the tournament. The Officiating Commandant of ASL Colonel YKS Rangika psc ptsc grace the occasion as the Chief Guest. The outstanding performance of the competitors in the tournament was credited with special awards and certificates.
