BASIC COURSE IN SPOKEN ENGLISH FOR OTHER RANKS - No 1

The Basic Course in Spoken English for Other Ranks of all Arms of the Sri Lanka Army (Regular & Volunteer) units commenced on 11 March 2024 at the Army School of (ASL). The course will be conducted through a well-designed syllabus covering a period of two weeks. 22 Other Ranks of various regiments attended the opening address of the course No 01.

The Chief Instructor, Colonel DMMC Wijerathna Lsc delivered the opening address and explained the importance of learning English for Other Ranks which is needed in improving their future military career and personal lives.

Senior Instructor, Members of the Faculty, Members of the Permanent Staff and the Other Ranks participated in the event.
