FORGED IN LEARNING, UNITED IN PURPOSE: GRADUATION BALL OF LOGISTICS STAFF COURSE 11

The Graduation Ball of Logistics Staff Course 11 marked a memorable milestone, celebrating the successful completion of an intensive and transformative journey for its graduates. As a fitting conclusion to months of rigorous academic and practical training, the Graduation Ball symbolized achievement, unity and the readiness of the graduates to take on greater responsibilities in the field of logistics.

Following the Graduation Ceremony of Logistics Staff Course 11, the Graduation Ball was grandiosely held at the Regimental Officers’ Mess, Corps of Engineer Services Panagoda, to mark the successful completion of an intensive and rewarding course of study. The event brought together the members of the faculty, permanent staff, fresh graduates of LSC 11 and their loved ones in celebration of academic excellence, professional growth and camaraderie.

The evening commenced with the arrival of guests and the formal reception of senior officers, setting the tone for a night of elegance and pride. The venue was tastefully decorated, reflecting both the prestige of the course and the significance of the occasion. Participants of LSC 11 appeared resplendent in their formal attire, symbolizing the culmination of months of dedication, discipline and teamwork.

The Chief Guest of the event, Commandant Army School of Logistics Brigadier RT Lokuthotahewa USP psc was respectfully received by the Chief Instructor Colonel MSR Mohamed Lsc, Senior Instructors and the Senior Most Student Officer of the LSC 11, Major VPDP Vithana RWP USP and the spouse. A highlight of the evening was the formal toast to Logistics Staff Course 11, followed by expressions of appreciation to the Directing Staff and the permanent staff whose guidance and mentorship contributed immensely to the success of the course. Awards and recognitions, of the fresh graduates further added to the celebratory spirit of the night.

Addressing the gathering, the Commandant commended the graduates for their collective effort in organising the event. He highlighted the critical role of professional logisticians and emphasized the responsibility now entrusted to the graduates as staff officers and leaders in their respective organizations.

The Graduation Ball concluded with a dinner and social interaction, providing an opportunity for participants and guests to reflect on shared experiences, strengthen professional bonds, and celebrate lasting friendships forged during the course.
