CONDUCTED A DENGUE PREVENTION CAMPAIGN AT THE ROMAN CATHOLIC TAMIL MIXED PRIMARY SCHOOL IN THEVANPIDDY

With the direction of Commander 541 Infantry Brigade, Colonel I P Jayasinghe RWP, the 5 (V) Mechanized Infantry Regiment conducted a dengue prevention campaign at the Roman Catholic Tamil Mixed Primary School in Thevanpiddy on 08 November 2024. This initiative was organized in response to the current rainy weather conditions with the aim of prevention of increasing the risk of dengue outbreaks. Officers and Other Ranks of the 5 (V) Mechanized Infantry Regiment, along with school children were participated in this programme.
