623 Infantry Brigade, conducted book donation program held on 14/03/2023 at the kebithigollewa kanugahawewa primary school in 11 GW AOR.
5000.00 worth of book packs donated among the 88 school children from grade 01 to 05 and 06 teachers of school also provide with gifts for the apprictiation of their service.
This program was contributed by reverend Osman De Alwis, reverend Luke Junsen, reverend Richard Jayakumar and reverend Lasantha Jayalath also participated for the event.
General Officer Commanding 62 Infantry Division Major Genaral R A J N Ranasinghe RSP USP ndc graced the event as the chief guest, 623 Infantry Brigade Commander Colonel B D R Budagoda USP, 62 Infantry Division CAO 62 Infantry Division, CAO 623 Infantry Brigade, and 2hd In Commander 11 GW also participated the event.
