The paddy sowing ceremony in “Maha” Season started with Buddhist traditional and religious rites and rituals by General Officer Commanding of 56 Infantry Division, Brigadier M P N A Muthumala USP psc at auspicious time on 08 November 2024. 6 Acres of paddy fields were sowed with early maturing seedling variety and harvest will be sold to Army members at affordable prices.
