The Seva Vanitha Branch of the Gemunu Watch organized a heartfelt event at the Veterans Home in Bolagala under the guidance and supervision of Mrs. Dilrukshi Wimalarathne, the President of the Seva Vanitha Branch-The Gemunu Watch.
In conjunction with the event, a Christmas Carol, a lecture by a priest, and an interaction session were conducted with contributions from all Members and Units of the Gemunu Watch. The event included a tea and lunch offering to the veterans residing there. Gifts were also distributed to the veterans by Santa.
The event was patronized by Mrs. Dilrukshi Wimalaratne, President of the Seva Vanitha Branch.
Members of the Seva Vanitha Branch of the Gemunu Watch, along with the General Officer Commanding of the 14 Infantry Division, the Brigade Commander of the 141 Infantry Brigade, the Deputy Centre Commandant of the Gemunu Watch, and officers and Other Rankers of the Gemunu Watch, participated in the event.
