THE SEVA VANITHA BRANCH OF THE GEMUNU WATCH PAYS HONOUR TO ITS FOUNDER AND FIRST PRESIDENT

According to the concept of the President of the SVBGW Dr. (Mrs) Dilrukshi Wimalaratne visited the home of the first president and the founder of the SVBGW Mrs. Indira Fernando on 08 September 2025 with other members of the SVBGW.

Mrs. Indira Fernando warmly welcomed the President of SVBGW and other members and expressed her happiness about their visit. The atmosphere was filled with joy, kindness, and gratitude, as she recalled the early days of the Seva Vanitha Branch and the unity that brought the members together.

The present President of SVBGW Dr. (Mrs) Dilrukshi Wimalaratne and members also appreciated the guidance and inspiration given by the founder, whose vision and leadership laid the foundation for the Seva Vanitha Branch. They shared their respect and affection, assuring her that her legacy continues to guide the activities of today’s members.
