The newly appointed President of the Seva Vanitha Branch of The Gemunu Watch Mrs. Shihani Abeywardhana officially assumed duties on 04 November 2025 at the Seva Vanitha Branch Office.
A number of Seva Vanitha members attended the event, extending their best wishes and showing their support as the new leadership commenced its responsibilities. The ceremony was conducted in a respectful and cordial atmosphere, reflecting the unity and dedication of the SVBGW.
To mark the occasion, a dry ration donation programme was organized, benefiting 10 soldiers and civil employees serving at the Regimental Headquarters the Gemunu Watch. This initiative highlighted the continued commitment of the Seva Vanitha Branch toward the welfare and wellbeing of the Gemunu Watch family.
