The Army Inter Regiment Golf Championship has concluded with great fanfare at the picturesque Golf Club, Nuwara Eliya, on January 15, 2025. Over two exhilarating days, golf enthusiasts witnessed fierce competition among 12 prestigious regiments over 100 talented players from the Army. In an inspiring display of skill and teamwork, the Gemunu Watch emerged as the champion, solidifying their reputation as one of the top golfing units in the Army. Their exceptional performance, characterized by precision and a competitive spirit, delighted spectators and earned them the coveted championship title. Notably, Maj Gen ULJS Perera RSP USP nps psc secured 3rd place in the Male Age Over 40, exemplifying the dedication of the Highlanders.
