Under the direction and guidance of the President of the Seva Vanitha Branch, the Gemunu Watch organized a dry ration packs donation programme worth Rs. 200,000 at RHQ GW on 7th December 2024. This initiative was aimed at supporting soldiers and staff in facing the ongoing economic challenges. The Seva Vanitha Branch provided dry ration packs to 21 soldiers from the Gemunu Watch and 4 civil employees working at Regimental Headquarters - GW.
The event was graced by Mrs. Dilrukshi Wimalaratne as the Chief Guest, with other members also participating in the programme.
Following the dry ration distribution, the Gemunu Seva Vanitha Branch held its monthly meeting, attended by Executive Board Members and Senior Members. The President of the Seva Vanitha Branch chaired the meeting.
