CHILDREN’S DAY PROGRAMME FOR NILWALA PRIMARY SCHOOL CHILDREN IN CONJUNCTION WITH WORLD'S CHILDREN’S DAY.

The SevaVanitha Branch of The Gemunu Watch organized a Children’s Day programme for the students of Nilwala Primary School - Rathgaga on 13 October 2025 at the poolside premises of the Regimental Headquarters, The Gemunu Watch. The event was held under the guidance and concept of the President of the SevaVanitha Branch Dr. (Mrs) DilrukshiWimalaratne.

The programme featured a variety of entertaining activities, including a magic show, drama, and musical performances, which brought great joy to the children. In addition, the children had the opportunity to visit the museum and the monument of the Gemunu Watch, making the day both enjoyable and educational.

As part of the programme, the President of the SevaVanitha Branch distributed school bags, Shoes, books, and stationery items to the students. Refreshment and Lunch were provided for all participants. The event concluded successfully, creating a day filled with happiness and lasting memories for the children.
