THE HASH RUN OF THE LOGISTICS STAFF COURSE NO 10

The ‘Hash Run’ of the Logistics Staff Course No 10 at Army School of Logistics (ASL) is one of the main outdoor events take on by the school annually to provide student officers with a well-earned leisure time, away from continuous academic commitments was held on 19 May 2024 with the participation of the Commandant, Faculty Members, Permanent Staff, Student Officers and their families. The event was flagged off by the Commandant Brigadier RT Lokuthotahewa USP psc and Madam Ruwani Lokuthotahewa President of Ladies Club, ASL as the Chief Guests.

The Hash Run event was organized with the purpose of encouraging, team building and entertainment between the Student Officers amidst their busy schedule. It is hoped that the event improves the leadership qualities, initiating expedition, facing excitement and adventure in unity and good coordination with their colleagues. This occasion was really enjoyed by the members of the families and specially the kids where they all were awarded with gifts.

At the end of the adventurous run fueled with refreshment points that was laid on the trial, all the Hashers assembled at the Sweat Bay and continued with an enjoyable after session of interactive beach sport activities, connected with music and dance.
